Finally! I have time to publish this mod after a long time. This is one of the most wanted mods of Winning Eleven 2002 in Indonesia. This mod is called 'Ligina X 2004', which meant Indonesian League 2004. This mod has 18 teams from the league, and the rest of them are European top-flight clubs.
